1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelNeighbor (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ReelNeighbor is a community platform serving Cordillera Ranch that allows verified residents to discover and review local home service providers through video and written testimonials.

3. Eligibility

• Neighbors: Must be current residents of the served neighborhood. Address verification is required before leaving testimonials.
• Service Providers: Must be legitimate businesses or independent contractors offering home services. Provider listings are subject to admin approval.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or submitting content.
• You will not post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
• You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or address.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including testimonials and messages.

5. Testimonials and Reviews

By submitting a testimonial, you grant ReelNeighbor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content (including video, text, and your name/neighborhood) on the Platform. All testimonials are subject to moderation and may be removed if they violate these Terms.

6. Service Provider Listings

Service providers subscribe to maintain an active listing on the Platform. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Providers may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. ReelNeighbor does not guarantee any minimum number of leads or reviews.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Service provider subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Provider Dashboard or by contacting support. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods already paid. Neighbors may delete their account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, fraudulent, or intended to mislead
• Harassing, abusive, or threatening to any person
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material unrelated to a genuine service experience

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. ReelNeighbor does not endorse or verify the quality of any service provider listed on the Platform. Always exercise your own judgment when hiring a contractor.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelNeighbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between neighbors and service providers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
